Lifestyle Design – Level 3. Do you often find yourself busy trying to juggle the many aspects or priorities of your life and getting overwhelmed trying to make it all work? It’s easy to fall behind when we are surrounded by distractions and choices and to get caught doing too much and still not feeling like you are being effective. This vicious cycle can often cause a Burnout, if your expectations aren’t met.

This Lifestyle Design course is designed to help you minimize and eliminate frustrations, achieve your goals and reduce chances of weariness. Designed by experts in the field who have helped numerous clients overcome their fears and achieve extraordinary living standards. The tools and techniques you will be taught in this course are tried and tested methods to identify what you need to create a positive change and take control of your future.

This course’s primary objective is to help you master the tools of organization, minimalism and self-care, so you can develop your own recipe for an extraordinary life.

This course covers:

  • Introduction to 5 Step Lifestyle Design Method to initiate the process for making change in your life
  • Use real-world examples and equip learners with hands-on and practical experience of those who currently live an extraordinary life.
  • Theory of Basic Human Needs and how to achieve them
  • Templates and quizzes to solidify your learning

KW Professional Organisers are made up of a duo, Samantha and Emilio who are husband and wife. Since 2012, their goal has been to help transform the lives of people through organising and decluttering. They enable individuals to create more space, time and better energy through proven strategies. Samantha and Emilio have travelled the world extensively and hope to guide individuals to lead happier and more meaningful lives. They want to share their knowledge of how to eliminate frustrations and create the time to do the things you love to do. They have delivered over 100 live events to date, including workshops, documentary screenings and TV segments.  They are both trained in mental health.

  • Learners will familiarize themselves and be able to confidently complete a lifestyle design template.
  • Students will be able to identify areas in their life where they may need improvements and how to work towards improving them.
  • Be able to approach their dreams in a realistic and practical manner.
  • Individuals in process of setting long/short term goals and habit tracking
  • Anyone looking to take charge of their life by setting realistic goals.
  • Learners should be over the age of 16, and have a basic understanding of English, ICT and numeracy
  • A sound educational background is recommended
  • Someone looking to change their current position in life and needs a map to do so.

This is a knowledge-based course, and thus, will contain no method of assessment.

Upon the successful completion of the course, learners will be awarded an accredited Certificate of Completion for Lifestyle Design - Level 3 by iAP. 

The International Awards for Professionals (iAP) is an awarding body established in 1999 that aims to promote a high educational standard. They hope to create online education that is trustworthy and credible. They are focused on raising the standards of online education, and ensuring it is accessible to all. The iAP provides accreditation for a range of educational establishments, and monitors and continually develops the educational standards of such institutions.
