Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is a complementary medicine practise that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet and hands. This is practiced without the use of oil or lotion, just by using thumb, finger, and hand massage techniques. The reflexology procedure focuses on two aspects of the chakras: the physical location of the chakra and the endocrine gland that is associated with each chakra by related function or close proximity. The physical locations are along the spinal and head and the reflex points are on the foot.
This Reflexology for Chakra Healing – Level 3 course will enable you to practice reflexology for balancing chakras or chakra healing and awaken Kundalini.
