This course is suitable for anyone who hopes to work as a professional hotel receptionist, with or without experience.
- You need to be at least 16 years old
- You should have a basic grasp of English, Maths and IT
- You will receive an accredited Hotel Receptionist and Opera PMS Software Training certificate upon completion of the course
- You will have an option to apply for a Quality Licence Scheme endorsed certificate by completing an assessment, and you will receive this certificate directly from Quality Licence Scheme
Upon completion of this course, you could become:
