- You need to be at least 16 years old
- You should have a basic grasp of English, Maths and IT
- You will receive an endorsed Professional Hotel Receptionist Training certificate upon completion of the course
- As an option you could apply for a Quality Licence Scheme endorsed certificate by completing an assessment, and you will receive this certificate directly from Quality Licence Scheme
Upon completion of this course, you could become:
- A hotel receptionist
- A corporate receptionist
- A front of house manager
- A hotel manager
The average salary of a hotel receptionist in the UK is GBP15,407 per annum, and this will increase with experience. You could eventually become a hotel manager earning around GBP25,199 per annum (payscale.com).
